Report safely
Send a clear report to your SupportDesk administrator or privacy contact, including affected location, reproduction steps and potential impact. Do not include customer data unless strictly necessary.
Please avoid
Do not disrupt service, access data that is not yours, use social engineering, or publicly disclose details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Our commitment
We will acknowledge credible reports, investigate in good faith and work toward remediation based on risk.
