Essential storage
SupportDesk uses essential session and refresh-token cookies to keep users securely authenticated. It also stores a short-lived access token and ticket-notification snapshot in session storage.
No advertising tracking
SupportDesk does not use advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking cookies.
Managing storage
Signing out clears the local session. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser; doing so will sign you out.
